Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engg. /B.Tech / B.E.(Mech.)/ Dip. In Quality Mgt.
Experience:3 to 5 yrs of relevant experience
Location: Pune
Job Role
1) To plan and carry out inspection of all child parts in Moulding & STI
2) To maintain the Documentation in line of IATF 16949 requirements
3) Monitoring of reworked parts
4) Verification of Parts inspection in Moulding
5) Follow guidelines as mentioned in SOP and Work Instructions.
6) Responsible to take action if there is any deviation related to EHS.
7) He will be Dy inchrage of Fire Fighting team & will lead the team in fire emergency situation
8) Stop Production in case of any defective part produced Other by order.
9) Customer complaint handling resolve the issue in production line
10) 8D knowledge as well as statically process control (SPC)
11) Incoming quality part as well as produced part defect analysis.
12) Monthly Qtr. Half Yearly & Yearly issues monitoring & resolution process
