CyberArk Support Engineer

Remote Job

Client location: Miami FL

1 Year Contract

This CyberArk Support Engineer role is focused on maintaining and managing privileged access security. It requires strong CyberArk expertise security troubleshooting skills and infrastructure patching knowledge. If youre dealing with a candidate or evaluating the role focus on CyberArk administration incident handling and security policy implementation.

This resource is for a CyberArk support engineer who will assist with both Instances of CyberArk in our environment. Job roles includes patching infrastructure/application. Handling of end user requests and incidents.

CyberArk Skills:

CyberArk Administration Managing and maintaining CyberArk environments.
Patching & Upgrades Regularly updating CyberArk infrastructure and applications.
User Access Management Handling enduser requests related to privileged access.
Incident Response Troubleshooting and resolving CyberArkrelated security incidents.
Password Vault Management Ensuring proper storage and security of privileged credentials.
Session Monitoring & Recording Configuring and reviewing privileged session logs.
Policy Enforcement Implementing security policies for privileged access control.
Integration with Other Security Tools Working with tools like Active Directory (AD) SIEM (Splunk) or IAM solutions.
