JOB TITLE: Aircraft Inspectors Free Housing Support
LOCATION: Charleston NC
PAY RATE: $30/hour

Summary:
Conduct aircraft inspections and ensure First Pass Quality.
Engage with FSCC & Chronic Issues Team (CIT) for area improvements.
Perform audits surveillance and monitoring; identify & document discrepancies.
Segregate & control nonconforming items; support defect management.
Conduct product reviews with customers during verification.
Identify risks and communicate with First Line Leaders.
Support training OJT and performance improvement initiatives.
Coordinate nonconformance resolution with FSCC.
Maintain fall protection flight line badge & LOTTO certifications.
Use precision measuring tools for inspections.
Perform paint inspection repair and rework of composites aluminum and titanium.
Work at heights in confined spaces and with various materials (sealants metals solvents).
Occasional flight line work; must be 100% onsite.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED 1 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education & experience.
1 years of experience with Velocity & production applications.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Must be willing to work any shift.
Desired Skills:
2 years of experience working at heights & using fall protection equipment.
Proficiency in NCR (NonConformance Record) & EPD (Emergent Process Document) generation.
Work Environment:
Frequent lifting (up to 10 lbs) climbing standing kneeling and use of hand tools.
Exposure to noise sealants adhesives and painted parts.
Variable shift; must be flexible with work schedule.
