Job Description

Position: Help Desk Analyst 3
Location: New Castle DE (19904)
Client: State of Delaware
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst 3 to provide exceptional phone support for internal and external customers. The role primarily involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues along with documentation and ticket management. Candidates must possess strong communication and customer service skills as well as relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound calls emails and tickets efficiently.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting for LAN/WAN and network connectivity issues.
  • Provide remote support for desktoprelated problems.
  • Utilize Service Now for documentation and escalation of incidents.
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage outages and telecom concerns.

Technical Skills:

  • A Certification and Network Certification preferred.
  • Experience with Service Now or similar Service Delivery Tools.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting network and device issues.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a diverse environment.
