The OTE is realistic and mostly uncapped so that high performers can and do earn good rewards) Monday to Friday 95.30 Saturdays on a rota 104 25 Saturdays per annum lieu days or additional holidays granted for Saturdays worked. Job description
Leading and managing our team of negotiators to achieve optimum results meeting high standards of professionalism and following processes to satisfy legal and quality requirements. Managing workloads and outputs and developing staff to be top class industry professionals. Willingness to set an example and be hands on when required. Accurate and timely reporting to Senior Management. There will be some valuation opportunities also but this is primarily an office based management role while contributing to negotiator workload. Scope to grow existing role and take on wider responsibilities; also potential progression to branch manager valuations manager operations manager etc. Qualifications - Experience in estate agency and the negotiator processes
