Job Description

Job Title: Client & Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Job Type: FullTime

About the Role

As our Client & Operations Manager you’ll be the backbone of our business—ensuring an exceptional experience for our coaching clients while optimizing daily operations. This role requires a blend of client success administrative efficiency and strategic thinking to keep our coaching programs organized and running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring they feel supported throughout their coaching journey.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes providing clear guidance and resources.
  • Address client inquiries and escalate issues to coaches as needed.
  • Monitor client progress collect feedback and identify ways to improve retention and satisfaction.

Operations & Systems Management

  • Manage scheduling payments and communication systems to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Implement and refine standard operating procedures for efficiency.
  • Maintain and update the CRM tracking client progress and ensuring accurate records.
  • Coordinate with the coaching team to ensure a smooth delivery of services.

Project & Business Support

  • Assist in organizing group coaching calls workshops and special events.
  • Support marketing efforts by managing community engagement and client testimonials.
  • Track KPIs related to client success retention and program effectiveness.

Who You Are

Techsavvy – Comfortable using CRM tools scheduling platforms and communication apps.
Experienced in client success operations or administrative management (preferably in coaching consulting or servicebased businesses).
A selfstarter – You take initiative and own your role with confidence.
