Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our leadership team as Deputy CEO / Chief Operating Officer (COO). This pivotal role demands a dynamic leader dedicated to driving operational excellence streamlining processes and leading the execution of strategic initiatives within our IT organization. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leadership a forwardthinking strategic vision and extensive expertise in managing complex highimpact projects within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the companys operational strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
- Optimize core business processes to enhance efficiency productivity and scalability.
- Lead and inspire teams by establishing effective management structures and motivational systems.
- Oversee the product portfolio driving growth through innovative development and monetization strategies.
- Collaborate with key clients fostering strong relationships and participating in major projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance metrics proactively managing risks and addressing inefficiencies.
- Champion organizational change initiatives ensuring smooth transitions and sustained improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Information Technology Management Economics or an MBA is preferred.
- Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in the technology sector with a strong focus on software development.
- Proven track record in managing business operations particularly within B2B or B2G environments.
- Previous senior leadership roles such as COO Deputy CEO or equivalent positions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams manage complex projects and drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
