Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title : Sr ReInsurance Business Analyst
Location: Jersey City NJ(Hybrid)
10 years of experience in P&C Insurance Domain concepts and workflow and 7 years of experience in Reinsurance core business processes.
Ability to Lead and support the analysis of reinsurance underwriting related business processes identification and initiation of business process improvements in close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical architecture.
Creating and managing the business requirements in the product backlog (agile way of working) feature testing and managing user acceptance tests.
Demonstrable and solid experience in analysis of business demands deriving of system requirements and translating into system solutions.
Indepth knowledge of the processes of the entire software development and product life cycle in an agile mode.
Track record of successful implementations that delivered value to the business resulting in measurable business process improvements.
Consulting and collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability and sharing.
A high degree of commitment and the willingness and ability to master the various tasks are essential.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members provide status updates and escalate critical issues.
Strong analytical facilitation and presentation skills.Employment Type
