Client Location: Woodland Hills CA Hybrid

- Management experience might stair step into managing multiple people
- Consulting on how to build out teams with offshore/onshore

- Management experience priorities ramp up on technologies have someone he can work with who can help him build a team in a flux where they are changing technologies and model is changing relying on offshore more work with ambiguity
- .NET framework C# Java full stack back end web development background working on adobe platform
- Consultative approach good communication with Daniel & team
- Would take someone more technical than managerial
- Someone who is an architect and has some management
