Job Description
- 8 years experience ASP .NET Reactor Angular(preferred) SQL Mongo DB
- Leading and managing a team of .NET developers assigning tasks and providing guidance and support.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Designing and architecting scalable and robust software solutions using the .NET framework.
- Developing and coding software applications using C# ASP.NET and other .NET technologies.
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams such as quality assurance to ensure software quality and performance.
- Keeping uptodate with the latest .NET technologies trends and best practices and recommending their adoption where applicable.
- Mentoring and coaching junior developers providing technical guidance and fostering their professional growth
- Assisting in project planning estimation and risk management activities.
