Job Description
Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee all production activities ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while driving efficiency and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership budget management and the ability to develop personnel for longterm organizational success.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe clean and efficient work environment while enforcing safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and complete monthly operational metrics to ensure peak facility performance.
- Develop and manage operations budgets ensuring cost delivery and execution of savings initiatives.
- Lead personnel development initiatives for succession planning and skill enhancement.
- Implement and oversee continuous improvement strategies using lean manufacturing principles.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (Technical or Business Administration preferred)
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes safety regulations and quality standards
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Certification in safety or quality management (e.g. Six Sigma ISO 9001) preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
- Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
