Location : 1200 Telegraph Rd Pontiac MI 48341 Local candidates only hybrid work environment 2 days a week onsite required.

Oakland County is seeking experienced Business Analyst to join the Project Management Office Team working in a hybrid work environment. Candidate must be a selfstarting team player able to manage multiple assignments at one time; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve; Ability to keep initiatives on track strong organizational skills including attention to detail; Clarity SharePoint DevOps Agile Methodology and PMO experience a plus. Experienced in business process analyses developing business requirements use cases and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with business initiatives using industry accepted practices. Experience in creating end user documentation standards and processes. Organizes and facilitates application testing and user acceptance to ensure business needs are met. Provides support for Production incidents and facilitates troubleshooting and close out of reported issues for applications. Support Clarity PPM application and initiatives including project reviews reports annual planning as well as testing/validation of changes releases patches and upgrades. Technical Environment(s): Clarity SharePoint Azure DevOps Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel OneNote PowerPoint Visio OneDrive for Business).
