Have knowledge of IVR Assistant AWS Connect contact center and other tools associated with IVR and integration
Experience with tools including AWS Amazon Connect Service Cloud Contact Center IVR Chat Bots Salesforce field service Voice Cloud General Service Cloud and Amazon Bedrock.
