Job Description

Title Business Systems Analyst Location Saint Paul MN (Remote) Duration 7 Months Job Type C2CW2 Job Description
  • The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) is seeking suitable resources to facilitate identifying a replacement and migrating to a new Content Management System.
  • The content of MHFAs is currently stored in Oracle Content Management (OCM).
  • OCM is slated to sunset in December of 2025.
  • In Phase One of the project the selected resources will perform research on three OCM tools identified by MHFA to identify the best solution to meet agency needs.
  • In Phase 2 of the project will implement the solution migrate content and perform testing.

Desired Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BA (highly skilled in gathering and documenting business requirements and excellent communication skills both written and verbal)
  • Experience with one or more of these tools: Drupal WordPress or Sitecore
  • Experience in working on webbased platform or content management system projects.
  • Experience with process modeling and the creation of functional and technical requirements and documentation
  • Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders (IT business external vendors etc.)
  • Experience creating SWOT documentation and conducting Gap analysis
  • Experience leveraging Agile DevOps for user story management
  • Experience with Agile
  • CBAP certification through IIBA
