Job Description
Duties: Under minimal supervision the Principal Management Engineer performs project work of a complex nature. Project work may include technical analyses or may require facilitation of a large multidisciplinary group of senior administrators and/or medical leaders. The Principal Consultant may work individually as lead consultant of a project team or in a consulting capacity for projects not directly assigned. Performs analyses related to area of technical expertise and may train other staff members in these areas. The Principal Management Engineer serves as a technical consultant to other HFHS departments prepares reports and recommendations for management and coordinates implementation whenever possible. The Principal Management Engineer may supervise tasks of Consultants Senior Consultants or Analysts. He/she communicates regularly with Senior Management on specific projects.
Skills: Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities standards and behaviors as outlined in the HFHS Customer Service Policy and summarized below:
Education: Minimum of 5 years organizational performance improvement experience.
Schedule Notes: ** Direct Hire Opportunity finders fee will be paid to submitting agency once candidate starts with Henry Ford onboarding will be completed with Henry Ford at no cost to submitting agency ** **REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree Minimum of 5 years organizational performance improvement experience Minimum of 23 years of supervisor and/or consulting experience Previous healthcare experience Minimum 3 years Revenue Cycle experience Project management experience analytical thinking skills ability to summarize and present data. ** Schedule is hybrid on site on Wednesdays Candidate will be leading project teams but have no direct reports Manager will be conducting video interviews potential for two step interviews if needed will be candidate specific.
