Job Description
- Lead datadriven decisionmaking in the product team as the main Senior Data Analyst.
- Analyze complex data using SQL to generate insights and improve business strategies.
- Translate complex findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders specifically in the peertopeer marketplace.
- Work closely with Product Engineering and Design teams to integrate data solutions into IKEA Preowned.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (preferably Power BI).
- Handle large datasets and databases ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Apply statistical concepts and methodologies to drive product improvements.
- Support data modeling transformation and automation for business intelligence needs.
- Degree in Analytics Computer Science Econometrics or a related field (MS or equivalent preferred).
- 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a midlevel or senior role.
- Expertise in SQL for data analysis and querying large datasets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (preferably Power BI).
- Ability to collaborate in a multifunctional product team and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills with handson experience in reallife fastpaced business challenges.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Handson detailoriented and proactive attitude.
- Experience with dbt and Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of 2sided marketplaces and peertopeer ecommerce platforms.
- Complex data analyses using SQL.
- Ability to translate complex findings into business insights for a peertopeer marketplace.
- Experience working as a Data Analyst in a multifunctional product team
