Reports to Sr. VPBusiness Head (Sales/Marketing/SCM/AE&FAE).
Job Profile
The VP position is a technocommercial role where the candidate will be primarily responsible for planning organizing and leading the Millennium Innovation Centre Application Engineering and Design house as a business unit. using technology to improve or innovate products that serve the customers. His main job expectations are to
- Build and establish profitable Millennium Innovation Centre (Design House) focused on Indian and Global customers.
- Establish and build world class Test Lab ( optional )
- Build a profitable application Engineering business and provide end to end services to end customers based on our inhouse designs and deliver fully functional boards to various industry segments.
- Evaluate and coach all aspects of the Design teams professional development
- Ownership of department budget P&L
- Proven record of driving rapid change in complex organizations
Demand creation and Innovation will be the key focus of this Job role. VPTechnology will focus on strategic customerfacing initiatives and work closely with the rest of the leadership team & will be involved in developing Market strategies to attract new business in coordination with other cross functional departments to promote Millennium Products & to keep Millennium on the cutting edge and improve its brand image beyond distribution.

Job Specification
- Bachelors degree in an Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/Computers/Telecommunication Engineering from a reputed institute. Post Graduate Degree in Technology/Design or related disciplines would be additional advantage.
- A minimum of 1520 years of expertise in electronics design development and systems.
- Must be familiar with ecosystem of electronics components and semiconductors.
- Must be wellversed in automotive electrical and electronics architecture.
- Should have good senior level industry connect in OEMs ODMs IDHs Tier 1 and Tier 2.
- Should have good knowledge on upcoming trends / regulations in various industry segments and associated with Industry bodies/associations.
- Must be aware of technology drivers & future technology electronics domain.
