Job Description

Job Title: VP Distribution (Mortgage/ Micro Loan against Properties in affordable segment)

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President Distribution to drive the retail loan products specializing in Mortgage and Micro Loans against Properties particularly in the affordable segment within the Delhi NCR region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing a robust business model recruiting high performers and ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Create a pipeline of potential clients and develop effective business strategies.

    • Identify and recruit highperforming individuals to build a strong team.

  • Portfolio Management:

    • Take P&L responsibility for multiple branches ensuring business volume and portfolio quality meet targets.

    • Collaborate with Operations & Credit to develop effective business strategies.

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Achieve and exceed business goals by implementing regionspecific innovative strategies.

    • Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals aligned with client needs and objectives.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Identify potential clients and decisionmakers setting up meetings accordingly.

    • Present new products and services and enhance existing client relationships.

  • Team Management:

    • Lead and manage a team of ASM/BM/ABM/RM.

    • Measure and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales team and channel partners.

  • Market Analysis:

    • Stay familiar with the NBFCs core system and market trends.

    • Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns and services.

  • Reporting and Compliance:

    • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accurate data management in the companys CRM.

    • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.

  • Training and Development:

    • Lead and supervise the team providing bestinclass business development training.

    • Develop a thorough understanding of the companys people and capabilities to maximize performance.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.

  • 1520 years of prior experience in mortgage sales in NBFC/HFC in Delhi NCR specifically in the informal sector. we need specific experience in affordable segment Min 6/7 yrs out of total 15/20

  • Managerial experience in handling a diverse team.

  • Only consider candidates who can join along with Team of Min 20 ppl : 1RSM 4/5 BMs with 8/10 RMs
