Job Summary:
The Vice President of Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across all facets of the organization. This includes enhancing operational efficiency optimizing service delivery and driving crossdepartmental alignment to ensure that the company meets its goals. This executive will oversee clinical operations technology teams revenue cycle management (RCM) customer success and other key operational functions. The VP will work closely with leadership to implement and manage healthcare programs improve patient outcomes and integrate technology solutions into daytoday operations ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and improving overall business performance.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Strategic Leadership & Planning:
Build and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals ensuring cost efficiency scalability and highquality service delivery across all operational teams.
Develop and implement longterm strategies that drive efficiency and innovation across clinical operations technology RCM and customer success teams.
Develop and oversee operational processes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as CMS HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
Research and implement evidencebased protocols and tools across all departments to improve operational performance and service delivery.
Lead crossfunctional teams in the creation of a multiyear roadmap for innovation product and process improvements across the business.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster collaboration across all departments including clinical operations technology sales RCM and customer success ensuring all teams are aligned with company goals.
Oversee recruitment training and development of highperforming teams across all functions ensuring continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation.
Build relationships with key stakeholders including sales teams vendors regulatory bodies and other external partners to ensure smooth implementation of business strategies.
Develop and lead strategies to ensure customer satisfaction improve patient engagement and increase provider adoption of digital health solutions.
Oversee strategic collaboration with the Technology team for seamless implementation of digital solutions tools and platforms (e.g. Electronic Health Records (EHR) telehealth platforms and CRM systems) to support operational efficiency and improve patient care outcomes.
Operational Excellence and Financial Oversight:
Oversee the operational aspects of customer success ensuring seamless onboarding effective issue resolution and ongoing client relationship management.
Oversee the creation and execution of operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments ensuring consistency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Lead process optimization initiatives across departments leveraging datadriven insights to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies.
Develop and manage operational budgets for programs technology infrastructure and RCM operations ensuring financial goals are met while improving patient care and customer satisfaction.
Ensure consistent highquality service delivery across all touchpoints improving retention and satisfaction rates among both healthcare providers and patients.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Education & Experience: Master s degree in healthcare administration Business Administration Technology or a related field. Minimum of 15 years in senior operational management roles with at least 7 years leading diverse teams across clinical technology RCM and customer success in a digital healthcare environment. Knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA CMS) and the ability to ensure compliance across all operational functions.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and align teams across various operational areas. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex operational challenges. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with executives team members and external stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced constantly evolving digital healthcare environment.
DataDriven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions across operations technology and customer service.
Innovation and Change Management: Ability to drive technological change and adoption of new digital tools to improve patient outcomes operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
