Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) TO CMD
Key Responsibilities: -
Calendar Management:
- Plan coordinate and manage the CMDs complex calendar including international travel schedules meetings and appointments.
- Ensure seamless scheduling and effective time management.

Travel Coordination:
- Arrange detailed itineraries for international and domestic travel including flights accommodations visas and transportation.
- Handle lastminute changes and ensure smooth travel experiences.

Communication Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CMDs communications including emails calls and correspondence.
- Filter prioritize and escalate communications as needed.

Meeting Preparation:
- Organize and prepare materials for CMDs meetings including agendas presentations and briefing documents.
- Take detailed meeting notes and follow up on action items.

Administrative Duties:
- Draft proofread and edit correspondence reports and presentations.
- Maintain an efficient documentation and filing system for easy retrieval.
- Manage confidential information with utmost discretion.

Stakeholder Coordination:
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the CMD and key stakeholders including clients partners and team members.
- Represent the CMD in their absence when required.

Project Assistance:
- Support the CMD in tracking and executing strategic initiatives and projects.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Event Planning:
- Coordinate large exhibitions conferences or corporate events including logistics vendor management and execution.

ProblemSolving:
- Handle unforeseen issues efficiently and proactively to avoid disruption in CMDs operations.
Qualifications and Skills: -
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives or Csuite leaders.

Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom Teams etc.).
- Experience in managing international travel and multicountry operations.
- Ability to work independently and handle highpressure situations.
