Role: Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Data Wrangling & Preprocessing:
Work with large datasets cleaning and transforming them into usable formats.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns and trends.
Machine Learning:
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns and trends.
Machine Learning:
Translate business needs into machine learning problems.
Build train and optimize predictive models to address those business needs.
Training Data for LLMs:
Build train and optimize predictive models to address those business needs.
Training Data for LLMs:
Prepare and annotate data for training large language models (LLMs).
Finetune models for specific use cases such as documentbased question answering text summarization etc.
Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs.
Communicate complex findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Qualifications:
6 years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
Expertise in classical machine learning techniques.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch and libraries like scikitlearn.
Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks.
Proficient with tools like Pandas Matplotlib for exploratory data analysis.
Experience with OCR OpenCV and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Familiarity with LangChain Docker and working with OpenAI APIs.
6 years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
