Job Description: Advanced SQL Tableau Specialist
Location: Bangalore Pune Hyderabad Gurgaon Chennai (Hybrid Mode)

Key Responsibilities:
SQL Development:
SQL Development:
Design and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction transformation and reporting.
Implement window functions subqueries CTEs and join optimizations to ensure efficient data retrieval.
Work with large data sets applying advanced SQL techniques like Group By Aggregations and Advanced Joins to derive meaningful insights.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that data models are aligned with business needs and performance requirements.

Tableau Development:
Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau Desktop.
Utilize advanced Tableau features including Level of Detail (LOD) Expressions Table Calculations Parameters and Actions.
Implement dynamic reports that allow for granular analysis and data exploration.
Perform performance tuning of Tableau workbooks and dashboards to optimize speed and resource usage.

Data Integration & Preparation:
Work with data engineers and other team members to integrate and prep data from multiple sources.
Utilize Tableau Prep and SQL for data cleaning and shaping before importing into Tableau.
Create and maintain automated ETL processes for regular data extraction and transformation.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Provide training and support to end users on dashboard usage and interpretation.

Performance Optimization:
Optimize SQL queries and Tableau workbooks for performance and scalability.
Monitor and troubleshoot data accuracy performance issues and bottlenecks.

Required Skills and Experience:
Advanced SQL:

5 years of experience in writing complex highperformance SQL queries optimizing for speed and efficiency.
Proficient with advanced SQL concepts like window functions subqueries CTEs joins and aggregations.
Solid understanding of database optimization techniques and query execution plans.
Tableau:
Proficient with advanced SQL concepts like window functions subqueries CTEs joins and aggregations.

3 years of handson experience in developing dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop.
