This is a remote position.
Field Coach
We are looking for candidate(s) who want to have a direct impact on people by shaping their job performance with coaching and mentoring. This is a 100% peopleskill job which means that you re the kind of person who gets a kick out of helping other people grow and succeed.

What you will do
Different from a manager role who makes sure a job gets done you will be responsible for how people do their work such as being confident taking pride in their work going the extra mile completing tasks in a timely manner planning their workday adjusting to unexpected occurrences solving problems in real time etc.
You will coach and develop them to take their professional training and apply it in real time to provide an excellent experience to Kheyti s customers.
50% working in rural field locations with Kheyti s sales and service team.
70% travel over multiple states.
Qualifications
Worked in a rural environment
Desire to work in social impact
Bachelors degree from a good institute
>5 years of work experience with min. of 3 years managing or coaching others
Attitudes / Ambitions
Missiondriven: excited about making a difference in the lives of smallholder farmers in the age of climate change.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic often resourceconstrained environment and the ability to wear multiple hats as needed.
Ability to empathize with the individuals needs and challenges of field team members.
Influence inspire and work with the team to achieve their goals.
Willingness to travel and work from rural India.
Someone who feels teaching training and capacity building in rural youth comes natural to them and they thrive with that.
