Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in desktops laptops and networking devices.
- Perform hardware installations upgrades and repairs as needed.
- Provide onsite support for clients when required.
- Assist in network troubleshooting including routers switches and connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
- Document service reports and maintain records of issues and solutions.
- Work closely with the IT team to escalate unresolved issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of client support requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
- Knowledge of OS installation and configuration (Windows Linux etc.).
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills (Desktops Laptops etc.).
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN WAN WiFi).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge are encouraged to apply
