Job Description
Main Ingredients
Responsible for tracking and monitoring global productivity ambition for Packaging spend
Tracking and monitoring of all productivity initiatives globally (negotiations and value engineering) versus
objectives
Big bet projects and program initiation with Global Category Leads
Initiate and manage for delivery in time feasibility studies with support from internal PMO resources
Internal ideation with crossfunctional business unit teams using our internal Brand DesigntoValue (BDTV)
methodology
Ideation and prioritization with our key suppliers via Partner 2 Grow program
Ensuring and expanding capabilities to implement procurement productivity strategies and value creation
internally and externally.
Build and engage internal networks of productivityoriented teams to enable best practice sharing and allow lift
and shift of initiatives
Drive productivity and the implementation of projects and ensuring its implementation on the ground
Work closely with Supplier Enabled Innovation and New Technology teams to map and initiate breakthrough
technologies to drive cost out for your respective scope
Partner with R&D operations and other cross functional areas on projects driving cost optimization and cost
value initiatives
Facilitate the Supplier and EM Collaboration program with the assigned set of critical suppliers to use their
capabilities and achieve continuous improvement and bring innovation to the business while continuously
building on this partnership.
Create and champion effective supplier relationships & performance accountability including conducting
business reviews and ensuring that monthly quality and service targets are achieved.
Complete with the relevant collaborators the supplier selection process by identifying and developing suppliers
capable of delivering products that meet or exceed KHC requirements including upcoming innovation and
sustainability commitments.

Credible and recognized Global Procurement leader with experience gained in Large BlueChip or FMCG
Environment (Minimum 6 years of experience)
6 plus years procurement and project management experience (having a background in Food Industry is a
plus)
Masters degree preferred in Supply Chain Procurement or Business Administration.
Able to empower and inspire people to build cross functional partnerships someone who is willing to focus and
contribute.
Delivering through others; managing and leading a network of Productivity teams across all markets via dotted
line reports. Demonstrated ability to forge close business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Performance driver mentality dares to do better every day and is a true ambassador of our core value We own

Daring multifaceted individual with shown capabilities to coordinate prioritize and lead multiple efficiency and
effectiveness projects.
Experienced in largescale organizational change initiatives.
