About the role:

This Sales Executive role will prospect and manage the entire sales cycle for Tyfone s youth digital banking subsidiary Incent. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients demonstrating the features and benefits of Incent s software negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets while building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The position requires a deep understanding of the software financial institution market dynamics and sales techniques to effectively present solutions that address bank and credit union needs



Requirements

Responsibilities Include:

Lead generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through market research networking and outreach activities.

Sales presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations highlighting key features and benefits to match customer requirements.

Needs analysis: Understand customer pain points and business challenges to tailor software solutions accordingly.

Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within client organizations.

Proposal development: Create customized proposals outlining pricing contract terms and implementation plans.

Negotiation: Negotiate contract details and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Closing deals: Successfully close sales opportunities and secure new business.

Sales reporting: Track sales performance maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular updates to management.


Required skills:

Technical knowledge: Indepth understanding of the software product features functionality and technical specifications.

Sales acumen: Proven track record of success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.

Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present complex information to clients.

Customer service: Strong customercentric approach to building trust and rapport with clients.

Presentation skills: Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations

Negotiation skills: Confidence in negotiating contracts and pricing terms

Market awareness: Knowledge of industry trends competitors and market dynamics


Education and experience:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required.

Proven experience in software sales ideally within the Fintech or Digital Banking industry

Strong track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations


What you bring:

5 years of Enterprise Technology Sales experience.

5 years of experience within the Financial Services Technology industry.

Experience calling on CSuite and technology executives.

Effective collaboration skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills.
