BLUPOOL is looking for a detailoriented Administrative Assistant (for Payroll and Data Entry) to join our team! The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks assist with payroll processing manage switchboard operations and ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
Knowledge of payroll processing and SARS compliance is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and cloudbased systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll processing including updating employee details calculating salaries and ensuring compliance with SARS regulations
Handling switchboard operations answering and transferring calls professionally
Managing filing systems both electronic and paperbased ensuring all records are up to date
Recording and filing leave requests accurately
Responding to emails letters and adminrelated inquiries
Downloading invoices and statements organizing them in the cloud drive
Directing customer queries and leads to the appropriate department
Assisting various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Monitor and analyze vehicle logs and performance data
Provide reports on vehicle usage and assist with vehiclerelated queries
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company records and employee data
