Location: Sanford NCSalary Range: $115000 $130000Commitment Incentive: *up to $10000 for qualified candidates*Relocation Package: PartialMustHavesA bachelors degree is required.Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required (or compact state)35 years of supervisory experience in a Cardiac Cath lab setting5 years of training education and/or experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab RNBLS within 30 days and ACLS within 90 days of hireNiceToHavesA Masters degree is preferred.Position Summary:Organizes directs and supervises the functions of the Cardiovascular Service line including the operational oversight of the Cath Lab Endoscopy Vascular and Cardiac Rehabilitation. This includes policy and procedures being followed; safe staffing levels being maintained; supplies and equipment being at sufficient levels; and efficient patient throughput being managed. Develops implements and manages the department budget. Engages in ongoing quality and performance improvement invests in lifelong learning for staff professional development and assures employees complete required annual competencies. Maintains own professional growth and development in nursing leadership and required licensure. Communicates important information to the CNO and other Administrative Team members as needed. As such the responsibilities include but are not limited to the following activities: Staff development evidencebased clinical practice; personnel resource/productivity management; fiscal management; patient quality safety and performance improvement; and regulatory compliance.Who We Are:The facility is a 137bed acute care hospital with over 100 physicians and over 500 employees.
