Job Description
A facility located south of Richmond VA is seeking a compassionate Director of Case Management to join their team! Details listed below.
Pay Range: $95000 $105000 / Annually
Director of Case Management Opportunity:
- Fulltime directhire opportunity
- Monday Friday Days
- The Director of Case Management assumes responsibility for the daytoday operations and human resource management of the Case Management department.
- Provides guidance and support to Case Managers and other staff including training on managing caseloads and interpreting regulations policies operational procedures and objectives.
Director of Case Management Qualifications:
- BSN or BSW
- The Director of Case Management must be either a Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Social Worker
- 2 years of management experience
- 3 years of hospitalbased Case Management experience including Utilization Review and Discharge Planning experience
- Current CCM or ACMTM certification is preferred
