Job Description
- Configure and maintain various Windowsbased Workstations and Servers
- Connect to IVR and provide End User Support via Chat or Phone
- Troubleshoot and Fix Broken Workstations
- Provide technical Support for Transition Projects
- Order new hardware and computer parts
- Operate asset management in dedicated Tools
- Provide Onsite Support for End Users on hardware and software topics
- Maintain clean and organized IT Storage
- Operate Ticketing Tools and other GTS Tools
- Provide Technical Support for Printing Services and Video Conference Systems
- Stay open to new technical challenges (Route Opening)
- Act like a single point of contact
- Communicate to all the stakeholders on the different phases of the request
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution
Qualifications :
- 35 years experience of a similar role
- Experience with Windows 10 Office365
- Good level of English
- Troubleshoot Hardware IT Devices
- A good understanding of IT Infrastructure Network Administration and ITIL methodologies
- Strong motivation & willingness to expand knowledge
