Identify and select potential candidates depending on candidate profile and job vacancyexpectations using different tools: recruitment sites networking recommendations social and professional networks executive search and headhunting;
Schedule candidate interviews;
Participate in facetoface interviews and conduct both phone and facetoface interviews;
Manage multiple recruitment projects for different clients and different industries;
Realizing CVs in a standard format and creating the candidates profile;
Offering feedback to candidates included in the selection processes;
Preparing recruitment and selection reports for clients.
Requirements:
Previous experience or internships in the field are highly preferable
Bachelors degree required (preferable degree in psychology/sociology/economy);
Fluent knowledge of English;
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel Word);
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Detailoriented organized flexible able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands.
