The Lead Enterprise Computing Operation is a strategic and technical leadership role responsible for managing largescale IT operations across Data Centers (DC) Cloud and End User Support. This position requires expertise in IT Operations Management Cloud & DC Operations and enterprisewide IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Operations: Lead and manage Data Center Cloud and End User Support operations.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory security risk and audit requirements.
- BCP/DR Management: Establish and Oversee Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery frameworks.
- ITIL & Process Excellence: Implement ITIL Change Management ISO 27001 and FinOps initiatives.
- AIOps & SRE Practices: Integrate AIOps SRE methodologies and CMDB/KEDB for operational efficiency.
- Monitoring & Automation: Leverage tools like Grafana Prometheus AppDynamics and ManageEngine.

- Drive IT operations excellence across Cloud DC and End User Support.
- Ensure robust security compliance and audit readiness.
- Lead and optimize Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies.
- Implement ITIL Change Management and ISO 27001 frameworks.
- Enhance operational efficiency through AIOps SRE and automation.
- Manage vendor relationships and partner resources effectively.
- Oversee cloud cost optimization and FinOps initiatives.
- Proactively address technology challenges and ensure seamless IT operations.

- Middleware & Storage: Traditional middleware flash storage backup management.
- Virtualization & Cloud: VMware Azure AWS.
- Security & Compliance: VAPT Patching Secure Configuration ISO 27001.
- Monitoring & Automation: Grafana Prometheus SolarWinds AppDynamics.
- OS & Databases: Windows Linux Solaris Ubuntu Postgres SQL Oracle.
- Helpdesk & ITSM: ManageEngine CMDB/KEDB setup Enduser support tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech. (MBA & IT certifications preferred ITIL MCSE CCNA Cloud Practitioner etc.)
- Experience: 18 years with 10 years in leadership roles managing DC Cloud and End User Operations.
- Skills: Cloud migration FinOps SRE CI/CD and largescale IT operations management.
