Budapest is host to KPMG Global Services Hungary (KGSH) KPMGs international center of excellence for VAT compliance solutions. Our team of multicultural professionals provides coverage in more than 40 countries with relevant language and technical skills.


Join our team as an HR trainee and play a vital role in supporting our HR Business Partners with diverse and impactful tasks. From assisting in employee engagement initiatives to helping with data analysis and talent processes youll gain handson experience in a dynamic fastpaced environment that sets the standard for excellence in human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be part of innovative HR projects and assignments like Career Architecture Employee Engagement and Organizational Development
  • Collaborate with team members on process improvements and HR strategies
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs
  • Provide administrative support to employees and handle daytoday queries
  • Prepare regular and adhoc HR reports
  • Participate in HRrelated administrative processes (onboarding offboarding mobility maternity leave etc.)
  • Collaborate with international teams and internal HR teams


Requirements

  • Ongoing university studies in HungaryPreferably 1 more year with student status
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Availability for 2030 hours/week
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and teamplayer attitude
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Great communication proactive attitude creativity and a great sense of humor
