Be the HR User Department Coordinator within S4/HANA program
Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all HR business relevant topics within S4/HANA in the region
Coordinate S4/HANA program relevant activities within HR user departments.
Involve right stakeholder during different process & project steps nominate HR subproject leads from back office teams
Distribute enable and monitor execution of tasks* addressed to HR user departments.
Proactively contribute to DRIVE central team discussions providing inputs from HR department and from D&B team.
Help to identify and implement relevant cutover activities and organizational change measures (OCM).
Support defining HR specific migration mapping rules & test cases & authorization roles.
Qualifications :
Background: You have a bachelors degree in Business Administration or related areas.
Experience: You have 13 years of experience in HR Services Good knowledge & network in HR processes & belonging IT tools interfaces Basic project management skills.
Personality: You are thorough selforganized detailed oriented and service minded. You are good in working with structures systems and documents.
Languages: You have advanced English skills (C1). Other foreign languages are beneficial.
