Job Description

The Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team creates consumergrade digital experiences and products that help our customers and partners be successful and realize the value of their ServiceNow investment. Leveraging the latest technologies and built on ServiceNows intelligent platform we deliver a seamless personalized experience at every step of our customers journey. What you get to do in this role

  • Lead program management for Now on Now enablement and strategic event management
  • Engage and connect with other operations leaders in IT and Business Functions
  • Identify opportunities to continually improve and streamline how we operate as an organization establish standards and common frameworks and champion innovation  
  • Be proactive.  Identify and recommend creative ideas to improve business operations
  • Provide leadership and help establish a culture that continuously strives towards best practices and operational excellence
  • Be a thoughtleader and Digital Technology influencer

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead initiatives for Now on Now program management
  • Implementation of best practices processes and standards in support of operational excellence; identify and assess relevant organizational maturity measures 
  • Partner closely with leaders across all functions within Digital Customer Experience to drive required business changes to improve operational excellence
  • Collaborate with other Now on Now champions to coordinate events and activities
  • Develop standard processes and tools for ongoing management of Digital Customer Experience travel budgets and spend initiatives 
  • Develop manage and lead continuous improvement strategies and initiatives that drive organizational quality scale and efficiency
  • Use appropriate measurement analysis and evaluation methods to accurately identify and document improvement opportunities
  • Identify metrics that support operational excellence for the DTO organization; design strategies identify source of truth for relevant data develop dashboards (in ServiceNow where able) to drive datadriven decision making and improvements

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Combined 6 years of experience in the following areas: Operations portfolio management admin communications.
  • Excellent understanding of functional operational processes.
  • Handson experience in driving and implementing process improvement programs  
  • Holistic thinking and the ability to influence teams to look at the big picture and gain alignment with the organizational goals 
  • Data driven mindset with an inclination to solve complex business problems and recommend continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Works cross functionally at all levels in the organization to identify and correct process gaps and inefficiencies through reprocess engineering
  • Has experience managingmultiple largeprograms/projectsin enterpriseenvironments 
  • Adeptness and proficiency at leveraging wide range of technology tools and solutions to assess data automate processes and support a variety of fast growing and changing business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills teamwork skills and an engaging personality; a proven ability to effectively interface with a diverse range of roles at all levels

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $114300 to $188600 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
