Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze program data and trends providing actionable insights to senior management.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the execution of program objectives and timelines.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans tracking progress and ensuring alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Program Analyst Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project JIRA etc.).
Excellent communication organizational and timemanagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Agile methodology.
Familiarity with various software tools for reporting and tracking program progress.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
Work Authorization Requirements:
Open to candidates with H4 EAD Green Card holders and US Citizens.
