Responsibilities
Support desktops/laptops printers mobile devices enduser applications enterprise software
and server and backup infrastructure.
Ensure software and hardware license compliance through documented established process.
Ensure all IT assets are recorded and tracked through documented established process.
Willing up to 5% business travel
Qualifications:
Certification in technologyrelated field preferred or equivalent experience.
Demonstrable experience of desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting and configuration.
Good understanding of Windows 10 and MS 365 troubleshooting support and set up.
Knowledge of Active Directory administration troubleshooting and support preferred.
Good understanding of network connectivity troubleshooting support and set up of mobile
devices and printers.
Experience of application imaging and enterprise software deployment.
Customerfocused with resilient interpersonal skills.
Ability to document activities in a clear and concise manner.
