As our colleague is promoted to a global role in our company we are now looking for a new HR Manager to join Konecranes People & Culture team. In this role you will lead the HR functions with 250 employees located in Estonia Latvia and Lithuania. You will have diverse HR responsibilities from daytoday operations and local labor law topics to employee experience and strategic development projects.
On a daily level you will independently lead our people operations in respective countries working closely with Baltics HR Specialist and Business Unit leads as you will be part of the Baltic Management Team. Your work is supported by your manager Director People & Culture Finland & Baltics and you are also part of Finland & Baltics HR team. Your closest coworkers are managers in the Business Units and colleagues in our Shared Service Center.
