Job Description
Indepth knowledge and handson experience with HBM HMC VTL and TurnMill CNC machines.
Strong expertise in cycle time optimization process improvement and production efficiency techniques.
Proven ability to manage large teams with excellent leadership communication and teambuilding skills.
Extensive experience with technical drawings and understanding of engineering specifications.
Knowledge of quality standards and experience with quality control processes including inspections testing and documentation.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing 5S and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Experience with production management software ERP systems and data analysis tools.
Familiarity with machine maintenance schedules and basic troubleshooting.
