Job Description
The Assistant Director SPA will work closely with the Director of SPA to oversee the daily operations of the spa ensuring highquality service exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of spa resources. This role requires strong leadership skills an indepth knowledge of spa treatments wellness programs and excellent customer service.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience (57 years) in a spa management role preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Indepth knowledge of spa treatments wellness services and industry trends.
- Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
