We are seeking a visionary and resultsdriven Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team in Udaipur India. As a key member of our executive leadership you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our market position in the hospitality industry.
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Lead and mentor a highperforming sales and marketing team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders in the hospitality sector
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
- Create and manage annual budgets for the sales and marketing department
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisionmaking and optimize performance
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital print and social media
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance market trends and strategic initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- 7 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM software data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Indepth knowledge of market research methodologies and hotel selling techniques
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate highperforming teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Willingness to travel as required for business development and industry events
