Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Advertisement Manager to lead and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads Facebook Ads and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in the US market particularly in real estate and staffing sectors. Experience in driving B2B (US staffing) and B2C (Indian real estate targeting US buyers) campaigns is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute advertising strategies for Google Facebook and Instagram.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum reach engagement and ROI.
- US Market Expertise:
- Create tailored strategies to promote Indian real estate projects to US audiences.
- Leverage market insights for effective campaign targeting in the US staffing industry.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track analyses and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Implement datadriven optimizations for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management:
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to achieve business goals.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Experience:
- 3 years managing Google Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Proven experience in the US market particularly in real estate and staffing sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
- Expertise in ad optimization retargeting and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of B2B (staffing) and B2C (Indian real estate targeting US buyers) marketing strategies.
