Job Description
Cut over Manager; Location:
Phoenix( Hybrid )
Contract
This is a SAP Utilities/ISU role; Candidate MUST have prior experience within the utilities domain.
JD:
Create comprehensive cutover plan for large scale SAP Customer Information System implementation
Manage GoLive preplanning Mock coordination and production readiness and cutover planning.
Create preliminary cutover schedule for dress rehearsals.
Conduct workshops on business preparedness for Cutover and ongoing operations and sustainment
Walk through of draft Cutover plan and any Cutover aids (e.g. system specific plans or guided procedures) required to execute Cutover. Update the Cutover plan with insights and actions. Can include updates to SOPs
Conduct Cutover Plan. Conduct lessons learned session and refine Cutover Plan. Issue revised Cutover Plan and updates to System Operational Procedures. Conduct KT sessions with key stakeholders.
Includes DR / Business Continuity / Command Center Approach for Cutover
Creation of Microsoft MPP program schedule with Cutover procedures
Execution of Cutover plan

The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel required. 3.Experience : 8to12Yrs 4.Required Skills : Solution DesignIntegrationSAP solutionsSAP ISUtilities AMIProject Quality Management 5.Nice to have skills : 6.Technology : Not Applicable 7.Shift : Day 8.Responsibilities : Lead the planning and implementation of projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Integrate various SAP solutions to ensure seamless operation and data flow across systems. Design and implement effective solution architectures to meet business requirements. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. Conduct regular project reviews to identify and mitigate risks. Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up to date. Facilitate communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. Report on project status issues and outcomes to senior management. Qualifications Must have strong experience in Project Quality Management to ensure high standards are met. Must have expertise in SAP ISUtilities AMI for optimizing utility management solutions.
