Job Description

Experian Marketing Services reported mission is to accelerate customer success through secure privacyfirst platformcentric enablement of our unique global data analytical and technology solutions across a broad array of client / partner ecosystems. We are looking for a sales leader who will contribute to our culture with character and experience in results selling AdTech / MarTech/ Data solutions. You will show an ability to manage longlasting executive relationships while developing strategic growth plans for a team that aligns with our primary business strategy to achieve financial goals and exceed client expectations. You will lead a team of sales executives focused on optimizing our clients purchase deployment and use of Experian data identity activation and measurement solutions across the advertising / marketing ecosystem. You will manage the vertical portfolio understanding your teams strategy and goals accurate forecasting and management reporting to ensure we exceed all committed team goals. You will work with other sales leaders and team leads to ensure we bring the absolute best Experian has to offer to every client every day.

You will report directly to Vice President of Sales and work with Experian Marketing Services Senior Leadership and Experians Financial Services Division.  Location preference:  Central or Eastern time zone

What youll be doing

  • Lead the Financial Services vertical sales strategy within Experian Marketing Services
  • Protect the core client business while driving revenue growth and product adoption across all clients
  • Lead a team of motivated sales individuals to surpass revenue goals and expand new growth areas
  • Guide the creation of presentations and narratives to clients that demonstrate the value of Experians offerings.
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interactions prioritizing opportunities
  • Be the internal advocate for vertical across Sales Product Strategy and Marketing ensuring Voice of Customer feedback and ideas are taken into account for all GoToMarket activity
  • Partner on team activities with core internal functions Finance Operations Legal and Compliance
  • Maintain core operating rhythms and ensure sales excellence across the team through accurate pipeline and revenue reporting
  • Identify best practices and scale insights throughout the vertical

Qualifications :

What your background looks like

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • 5 years management experience
  • 10 years sales experience within the FinServ industry including experience managing and driving complex highgrowth enterprise strategic client relationships
  • Experience exceeding goals both as individual contributor and a team leader
  • Fluency in digital marketing advertising technology consumer/business marketing data identity activation and measurement services
  • Experience in Marketing Digital Media and AdTech/MarTech ecosystem
  • You have a book of existing client relationships with senior executives across brands agencies platforms
  • Experience in presenting industryspecific customer insights to clients through quarterly business reviews and executive briefings
  • Mastery presenting clear datadriven business strategy to CSuite executives (internal and external)
  • Experience creating leads and nurturing complex executivelevel relationships
  • Travel approx. 2550% of time
