Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of Food & Beverage operations ensuring guest satisfaction market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.
- Develop and manage F&B budgets action plans and promotional activities to stimulate sales and control operating expenses.
- Lead and develop the F&B team including hiring training motivating and coaching staff members.
- Manage the smooth daily operation of restaurants cafes and inroom dining services ensuring highquality food and beverage offerings.
- Analyse market trends customer needs and competition to recommend and implement appropriate product and operational changes.
- Coordinate with other departments including Conference and Events Front Office and Engineering to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and review financial reports forecasts and key performance indicators for all F&B outlets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in service product and presentation to maintain the hotels competitive edge in the luxury market.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a multiple food & beverage department head positions within a fivestar luxury hotels with proven success in managing budgets and forecasts
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team including performance management and staff development
- Thorough understanding of luxury guest expectations and commitment to meeting them
- Proficiency in Micros Opera and other relevant applications
- Excellent numeracy verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English essential
- Awareness of industry trends and aptitude for developing promotions and marketing strategies
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required
