Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Freelancerprox a leading banking company in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch managing a team of employees and ensuring the overall success and growth of the branch. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of the branchs operations including customer service sales and administrative tasks Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and achieve sales targets Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions to address any issues Train mentor and motivate branch employees to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to help them achieve their goals Build and maintain strong relationships with customers promoting our products and services to meet their financial needs Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and company policies Prepare and present reports on branch performance to upper management Collaborate with other branch managers and departments to achieve companywide goals and objectives Stay updated on industry trends and changes to develop new strategies and improve existing ones Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of banking products and services Excellent leadership and communication skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Customerfocused with strong problemsolving skills Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Fluent in English and Arabic If you are a driven and resultsoriented individual with a passion for banking we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
