Job Overview

As a Property Manager you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of residential and commercial properties ensuring profitability tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will manage tenant relations property upkeep financial oversight vendor coordination and compliance with Australian real estate laws playing a key role in optimizing property performance while delivering exceptional service to owners and tenants alike.

Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM 3:00 PM)
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home

Your Daily Tasks
  • Tenant Management Handle tenant inquiries resolve complaints and manage lease agreements renewals and terminations.
  • Property Maintenance Coordinate and oversee repairs routine maintenance and inspections of buildings facilities and common areas.
  • Financial Management Oversee rent collection manage budgeting track expenses and prepare financial reports.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination Collaborate with thirdparty vendors for maintenance security and landscaping services.
  • Legal Compliance Ensure properties comply with Australian real estate laws zoning regulations and safety standards.
  • Marketing & Leasing Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants including advertising vacant units.
  • Customer Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants property owners and key stakeholders.
  • Risk Management Identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Degree in Business Administration Real Estate Management or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in property management or real estate.
  • 2 years as a Property Manager handling residential or commercial properties.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian real estate laws and leasing regulations.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Strong financial and budgeting skills to manage property expenses.
  • Ability to multitask work independently and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Real Estate Broker (PRC) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) license is a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple properties or largescale developments is a bonus.
