JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA / LINKEDIN SPECIALIST

Your Responsibilities as a Social Media/ LinkedIn Specialist would be:
Develop implement and manage the company s LinkedIn strategy to increase brand awareness generate leads and drive engagement with targeted audiences including potential clients and industry influencers.
Create and curate highquality content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms including articles posts videos and infographics that align with the company s messaging and marketing goals.
Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive measurable results including brand awareness lead generation and engagement with a focus on LinkedIn s platform tools such as Sponsored Content and LinkedIn Ads.
Foster and maintain relationships with followers prospects and industry groups on LinkedIn including actively participating in relevant LinkedIn groups commenting liking and sharing posts to increase the company s presence.
Identify and engage with potential leads through LinkedIn using strategies like LinkedIn InMail connection requests and content sharing to initiate conversations with key decisionmakers.
Monitor and report on social media performance particularly LinkedIn using analytics tools. Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and content providing insights and recommendations to improve strategy.
Stay updated on LinkedIn s evolving features trends and best practices along with industryspecific news to ensure the company remains at the forefront of social media engagement.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with business goals ensuring a consistent brand message and effective lead generation through social channels.
Develop and maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn and other platforms ensuring a consistent posting schedule that aligns with marketing campaigns and company objectives.
Identify potential LinkedIn influencers or partners for collaboration and networking opportunities expanding the company s online presence and credibility.


Qualifications as a Social Media/ LinkedIn Specialist:
Graduate of any Bachelor s Degree in marketing or similar principle.
Minimum of 23 years of experience managing social media accounts use of AI with a strong focus on LinkedIn for businesses or organizations.
Strong writing editing and graphic design skills. Experience with tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite or other content creation platforms is a plus.
Experience using LinkedIn Analytics Google Analytics and other social media management tools to track performance and improve strategies.
Proficient in LinkedIn lead generation tactics such as using Sales Navigator LinkedIn Ads and building relationships through social selling techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage a professional audience and clearly convey ideas and information.
Knowledge of LinkedIn s algorithm and social media best practices including content types that perform best and how to grow an audience organically.
Ability to think creatively about social media campaigns and generate innovative ideas to engage audiences and support business goals.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
