Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a specialization in ServiceNow to join our team. If you excel at analyzing processes enjoy finding innovative solutions and have handson experience with the ServiceNow platform youre the right person for us! Youll play a key role as a bridge between our clients and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions.
Tasks
What would you sign up for
- Analyze business requirements and client processes
- Design and document optimization solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with the development team on implementing changes and new functionalities
- Test and validate new solutions before deployment
- Create clear documentation and deliver user training
- Communicate with key stakeholders ensuring alignment between technical and business requirements
Requirements
Capabilities and skills that might get you an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Handson experience with ServiceNow and its modular solutions (e.g. ITSM ITOM HRSD) is a huge benefit
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) other languages are beneficial
