Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Data Modeling & Analysis: Lead the development of complex SQL models to transform large datasets into actionable insights using tools like BigQuery and dbt.
Strategic Reporting & Visualization: Design and build compelling userfriendly dashboards (e.g. Looker Tableau) that facilitate decisionmaking for business stakeholders. Define KPI frameworks and ensure metrics align with business objectives.
Exploratory and Strategic Analysis: Drive the design and analysis of business problems through data with statistical rigour to inform operational decisions.
Mentorship & Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts enhancing their technical skills and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives recommend analytics solutions and present insights effectively.
Data Quality & Governance: Partner with data engineers and crossfunctional teams to improve data integrity governance and consistency across markets and data sources.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or advanced degree in Statistics Mathematics Economics Computer Science or related field.
5 years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on SQL data modelling and data visualization.n
3 years of experience with Commercial Marketing or Logistics datasets and a solid understanding of the business processes driving these functions
Proficiency with advanced SQL (preferably with BigQuery or similar DWH) and experience in Looker or Tableau. Familiarity with dbt is a plus.
Solid background in statistical analysis including A/B testing and data modelling.
Experience leading or mentoring other analysts with an ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently on complex projects and deliver highimpact results in a fastpaced environment.
